#1203852: ICSJWG Spring Meeting, Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 10-12, 2018

Description: Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT) established the Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG) to facilitate information sharing and reduce the risk to the nation’s industrial control systems.

The ICSJWG is a collaborative and coordinating body operating under the Critical Infrastructure Partnership Advisory Council (CIPAC) framework. The ICSJWG provides a vehicle for communicating and partnering across all Critical Infrastructure (CI) Sectors between federal agencies and departments, as well as private asset owners/operators of industrial control systems. The goal of the ICSJWG is to continue and enhance the collaborative efforts of the industrial control systems stakeholder community in securing CI by accelerating the design, development, and deployment of secure industrial control systems.

ICSJWG 2018 Spring Meeting

Albuquerque, NM | April 10 - 12, 2018

MEETING OVERVIEW

This meeting will continue to provide an ongoing forum for all control systems stakeholders to gather and exchange ideas about critical issues in ICS cybersecurity. It is intended to foster an opportunity for stakeholders to interface with peers, network with industry leaders, and stay abreast of the latest initiatives impacting security for industrial control systems and our critical infrastructure. The 2018 Spring Meeting will include three full days of interactions and discussions in the form of keynote speakers, practical demonstrations, presentations, and panels.

As a temporary impact of the continuing resolution (CR), we cannot yet confirm the selected meeting venue. However, we have every expectation that the meeting will occur. For this reason, we encourage ICSJWG members and potential participants to submit abstracts for consideration but not book your hotel in Albuquerque until we can provide venue and registration guidance.

Call for Abstracts

To submit an abstract for any category or for a booth at the Vendor Expo, interested individuals must submit a completed Abstract Submission Form.

Proposed abstracts for any of the above must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. eastern time March 13, 2018 to ICSJWG.Communications@hq.dhs.gov (link sends e-mail). Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. After the submission closure date, all abstracts will be reviewed for inclusion in the Spring Meeting agenda. The Program Management Office will subsequently contact authors of accepted abstracts with detailed speaker guidance.

Should you need additional information about the meeting or about ICSJWG in general, please contact us at ICSJWG.Communications@hq.dhs.gov (link sends e-mail).
