Description:	The IGF2019 Best Practice Forum Cybersecurity has published its draft report and invites community feedback! Focus of this year’s work is: International Cybersecurity Agreements, and best practices related to the implementation of the different elements contained within the agreements (e.g. the norms, principles, initiatives, frameworks, policy approaches).
