From 20 – 25 August 2023, the eighth edition of the International Cyber Security Summer School took place. ICSSS 2023 hosted a diverse multinational group of 60 master-students, PhD-students, and young professionals. During a six-day programme the participants followed multidisciplinary lectures with a technical, legal, governance and social science view on cyber threats and opportunities. Throughout this week the students were given time to prepare and present solutions to challenges provided by prominent international and domestic security organisations. There was also time for collaborative activities such as a wargame on insider threat by Booz Allen Hamilton, and an KPMG Nederland workshop on OT Security.
