The survey will cover the following key areas with respect to AI/GenAI: 1) Board composition, knowledge, and education 2) Focus, agenda, and governance 3) Management and board oversight 4) Business impact, strategy, risk, stakeholders, and regulation If you serve on more than one company board, please select one company board and keep this board in mind as you answer the survey questions. All responses are confidential. No data about specific individuals will be reported. Only aggregated, non-attributable data will be published. We believe that just completing the survey will stimulate your thinking and add value to you.
