The International Cyber Threat Task Force (ICTTF) is delighted to partner once again
with Cyber Expo Ireland for the 2026 event in Dublin.

As part of this year’s programme, ICTTF will deliver the opening keynote:

Power, Politics and AI – The Global Forces Driving Cyber Risk in 2026

Cyber risk has evolved beyond the technical domain. It now reflects the interplay
between geopolitical competition, artificial intelligence acceleration, economic
leverage and increasingly assertive regulatory oversight.

Organisations in 2026 are navigating an environment shaped by:

• State-sponsored targeting of critical infrastructure
• AI-enabled cyber capability operating at unprecedented scale
• Heightened board-level accountability under regulatory regimes
• Fragmentation in digital sovereignty and cross-border data governance

This keynote will explore how these forces are converging — and why digital
resilience must now be understood as a matter of strategic stability and
institutional trust, not simply cyber defence.

ICTTF is proud to support Cyber Expo Ireland in convening leaders from across
government, industry and the security community to engage in this critical
discussion.

Our thanks to everyone involved in delivering this world class event. Their
continued collaboration is essential for delivering one of Ireland’s most important
cybersecurity forums.

We look forward to contributing to the dialogue in Dublin.
